We're so confident you'll pass the theory test that we give you a pass guarantee. If you don't pass Trafikverket's theory test despite studying with Premium, you get your money back. You choose: a refund or extended access.
Once your request is approved, you choose: either you get your money back — which also ends your access to the service — or you get extended access so you can keep studying for your retake. Refunds are handled manually and are normally processed within 14 days.
Email us within 7 days of failing your test and attach your test result.

Get PremiumIf you don't pass Trafikverket's theory test despite studying with ABCKörkort Premium and meeting the conditions, you can choose between getting your money back or extended access to the service.
The pass guarantee applies to the Premium package. It does not apply to the free account or Standard.
Email support@abckorkort.se within 7 days of failing Trafikverket's test. Attach your test result and we'll get back to you with the next steps.
You choose. If you choose a refund, your access to the service ends at the same time. If you choose extended access, your account continues as usual.
